Moment of Silence Part 2

Another one to add to the books, but for a different reason. We are not mourning the loss of his talent because we assumed he had forgotten it at home, nay; we mourn the consequences of a Denis Gauthier hit on Sunday, September 21 that resulted in a separated shoulder. He underwent surgery yesterday and is out indefinitely.

Marc-Andre Cliche (klEEsh)
Position: Forward......Shoots: Right

Height: 6'0''.............DOB: March 23, 1987 (Age 21)
Weight: 175.............Born: Rouyn-noranda, QC, Canada

Drafted: 2nd round, 56th overall in 2005 (NY Rangers)
Returning to: Someplace soft

Oh yea, I forgot...

Richard Clune (kloun)
Position: Left Wing....Shoots: Left

Height: 6'0''..............DOB: April 25, 1987 (Age 21)
Weight:195..............Born: Toronto, ON, Canada

Drafted: 3rd round, 71st overall in 2005 (Dallas Stars)
Returning to: Hell

Not that anyone cares* but Clune is out because of an injury sustained during the game at Staples Center on Monday, September 22 against the Phoenix Coyotes. The story is that he broke a bone in his chest after a hit along the boards during the second period. I don't question that he broke a bone, but are you sure it was from a hit along the boards? I'm just asking because he got taken down twice and I'm pretty sure that broken bones are results of crumbling under two hundred pounds of coyote meat. All I know is that the ice didn't absorb the impact.

*not that anyone should

For these, except Clune, we have a moment of silence to remember. Try to remember the return address for Clune while you are at it, or does Dallas follow the 'You break it, you bought it' rule?
